Data Processing Agreement

Our standard Data Processing Agreement is built on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses Module 2 (controller-to-processor) and Module 3 (processor-to-processor), with a Schrems II Transfer Impact Assessment, and is in counsel review.

Once self-serve Team and above opens, the DPA will be available directly from the Billing surface. Enterprise customers can sign a DPA today as part of an onboarding agreement — the same template applies.

EU customers: until our EU posture is complete (region-pinned R2 bucket, signed DPF verification, and the DPIA under GDPR Art. 35(3)(b)), signups from EU billing addresses are gated to Enterprise onboarding only.
